The Genesis Trust Vision
Genesis Trust is an incorporated charitable trust committed to providing for the moral, spiritual, and social rehabilitation of the long-term unemployed and particularly those who have been, are, or are likely to be involved in the Criminal Justice System.
At Genesis Trust we know that everyone needs a sense of security, acceptance, and purpose. Many people who lack these fundamental requirements find themselves in the ranks of the long-term unemployed, and even worse, on the wrong side of the law.
The Genesis Trust vision is to offer people in these situations hope, encouragement, and an opportunity to make some crucial changes in their lives. We know that associated with unemployment there is hardship and with every offender there are innocent victims. The Trust believes that work is a crucial element in the rehabilitation and reintegration process, and in the reduction of criminal offending.
In utilising a work-based model, Genesis Trust encourages and facilitates:

§ Respect for others, the community and the environment

You can be involved by buying our products and services and in various other ways. Genesis Trust generates a portion of its income through products and services. All income derived from the sale of products and servicesis used to support the activities of the Trust.
